The purpose of the EGU General Assembly 2022 was to bring together geoscientists from all over the world to one meeting covering all disciplines of the Earth, planetary and space sciences. It aimed to provide a forum where scientists, especially early career researchers, can present their work and discuss their ideas with experts in all fields of geoscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first results of the SARAI project were presented on May 25 and 26, in the sessions &#8220;Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar added value products for Natural &amp; Anthropogenic hazard assessment at local, regional and national scale&#8221; and \u201cArtificial Intelligence for Natural Hazard and Disaster Management\u201d. The title of the works were \u201cGround deformation time series prediction based on machine learning\u201d and \u201cBuilding an InSAR-based database to support geohazard risk management by
